This letter does not need to be responded to. However, if you think it in inaccurate you may want to call the number shown on the notice to get more information. If you need help, feel free to contact us for assistance.

You will get this letter even if you are making payments or receiving other of the notices listed on the previous page. Generally, this letter should just be filed away for your records. Do not ignore other notices just because you have received this one.
